We are located at 2470 S. 11th St., about 1/2 mile south of College Street in Beaumont, TX.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday: 10AM - 6PM;
Friday: 10AM - 7PM

Do you have any other locations?
No, currently just our 50,000 sq. ft. showroom at 2470 S. 11th St. in Beaumont. We are always replenishing our inventory from our warehouse. So, you should check back often for new merchandise!

Do you sell ONLY bedroom furniture?
Despite our name, we sell much more than bedroom furniture! You'll find a wide array of living room, dining room, home office furniture, wall accents, rugs, lamps, fans, grandfather clocks, mattresses & bedding & a lot more! If you haven't visited us in person, we encourage you to stop by!
Is your furniture expensive?
Not at all! In fact, although we carry a range of products at various price points, you'll find all our furniture & merchandise is priced to please the tightest budget.
Do you sell leather furniture?
Do you, or can you assemble any furniture I purchase
that needs assembling?
Assembly is available, although you may be charged an assembly fee with some merchandise. We do discourage assembling some items, as they might not travel well, assembled. We advise against transporting merchandise fully assembled.
Yes, we certainly do! In fact, we are one of the few furniture stores that stocks waterbeds & waterbed accessories. You'll find soft-side and wood box waterbed frames, bedding, heaters & water treatment solutions. Also , If you are moving, American Bedroom rents electric drain pumps. Give us a call to reserve yours today. (Deposit is required plus daily rental fee & tax).
Do you offer furniture cleaning & conditioning products?
Yes, we carry a range of cleaning products, including leather & fabric conditioners starting at $4.
Can you special order furniture for me if you don't have
the item in stock?
Yes, you may. Be aware, most special orders do require a deposit.
Can I inspect my purchase before it leaves the store?
We always make sure a member of our staff visually inspects your purchase with you before the merchandise leaves the showroom floor to double-check that the item is, in fact, what you purchased & is free from damage.
Do you offer any kind of warranty?
All the furniture we sell comes with manufacturers' warranties. An extended warranty,
in-home, can be purchased through Guardsman, which will extend your warranty from 5 to 10 years. Please ask your salesperson or store personnel for more information at the time of your purchase.
Do you have layaway? What is the charge?
Yes we do. Certain sale & discontinued items are not eligible for layaway. No additional charges are associated with layaway. There are NO refunds. Please note, all sales are final.
What is the minimum purchase I can layaway?
The minimum purchase is $100 for layaway.
What is the minimum amount I need to put down to lay away an item?
We require a 30% down payment. A layaway requires monthly payments.
How long can I lay away my purchase for?
Most layaway purchases can be tailored to meet the customer's needs. Depending upon the purchase amount, as long as monthly payments are made, your items can remain on layaway for up to 3 months. We offer a number of financing options, as well.
What is your raincheck policy if an item on sale is sold out?
Some items are limited to stock on hand because they might be closeouts or discontinued. Other times they might be a special order, but, whenever possible, we do try & honor raincheck items.
Do you deliver? If so, is there a charge?
Yes, we do deliver to the Golden Triangle area & beyond. There is a fee, although the amount depends upon the weight/size/quantity of merchandise & delivery location. Charges start at $50 for a mattress set & $75 for furniture, which includes setup.
How soon can I expect delivery after I purchase an item?
Delivery is made on a first-come/first-serve basis. Typically, you can expect delivery within 3 days after the date of purchase.
Does your driver call before delivery?
Yes, our drivers always call on the day of scheduled delivery about 1/2 hour before to confirm the address/directions & that an adult over 18 is present to receive the merchandise.
Can I pick up my furniture at another time?
Yes, in fact, if you want to call ahead of time, we can have your furniture ready to load it when you arrive!
Will someone from American Bedroom help load
my purchase into my car?
Yes, we will gladly load your furniture & secure it in your vehicle.
What is your store's return policy?
Due to restocking consideration, most sales are considered final.
What if an item is damaged? Can I return it for a refund or exchange it?
Unless the item was tagged for an "As Is" sale, yes, you can exchange or return damaged merchandise. Although we try & prevent any damaged merchandise from leaving the showroom, occasionally a piece will slip through. We can either exchange the damaged item with a replacement or another item, or we will issue a full refund.
Can or do you fix any of your furniture if it's damaged?
Is there a charge?
Yes, we do fix some damaged furniture for a fee if the damage is minor. For more extensive repairs, we recommend a local shop, McCray Furniture Repair.
